Warranty Information
Saga Branded Products Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use conditions. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, abuse or improper storage. Fishing Rod breakages in the top 18" of the rod are not covered by this warranty.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs both ways for warranty and/or repair services.
- It is at our sole discretion if we choose to repair or replace the warrantied products.
Saga Rods Non-Warranty Replacement:
- Each rod purchase (purchased from us via our website and applies only to the original owner) is eligible for ONE “no questions asked” replacement at 50% of current market value for the exact model in question in the event of damage or breakage that is not covered under the warranty (must provide physical evidence of broken rod as this can not be used to get a second rod at a lower cost or to replace lost or stolen items). If the original model is no longer available we will choose the most suitable replacement at our discretion, this can not be used to switch rod models, lengths, actions or powers, and only allows for a low cost replacement of the exact same rod that was damaged.
Non-Saga branded Products Warranty:
- Saga Outfitters does not warranty 3rd party products, all warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping/Returns/Exchanges
Domestic Shipping:
By default, all domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority or USPS First Class for smaller orders. Large orders may ship with FedEx Ground. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered in 2-5 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer. If you'd prefer to use a different mail delivery service (UPS/FedEx), please place your order and then contact customer service for a quote. Please note that additional costs could be associated with alternative delivery services. Please note that alternative delivery services may not always be an available option.
International Shipping:
At this time Saga Outfitters does not ship outside of the United States of America.
Oversized Items:
1 piece fishing rods will always ship oversized with an additional shipping fee of $20 due to the extra care and handling required.
Expedited Shipping:
While we are unable to rush the completion, and or fulfillment of an order, however once finished we do have the ability to expedite its delivery. In order to do so, please contact customer service for available shipping options and delivery timeframes. Expedited shipping will mean additional shipping costs. Expedited shipping may not always be an available option depending on time of day.
Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns/exchanges of used items. For details regarding warranty issues, see our Limited Lifetime Warranty. All items must be new and unused (i.e., not installed or altered in any way). All items must be returned with all original factory packing materials, parts, and documentation within 30 days of shipping for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping to Saga Outfitters. Saga Outfitters retains the right to reject any return at its sole discretion if it fails to meet these criteria.
Items can be exchanged for a different item within 30 days of shipping under the same conditions as returns. Approved exchange items must be shipped within 7 business days of approval, and customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected. Price differences will either be refunded or invoiced, depending on the item exchanged.

Introduction
1) This document outlines the Acceptable Use Policy (Use Policy) under which you, the user (You), may access the content and functionality of the website accessible at www.sagaoutfitters.com (the “Website”).
2) The Website provides information concerning Saga Outfitters Public Benefit Corporation's (“Saga Outfitters”) products and mission. The Website allows its users to provide personal data, including but not limited, to personal information, including name, physical address, e-mail address, and telephone number. The Use Policy includes a Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) which can be accessed at the Website and is incorporated herein by reference. Please read the Use Policy and Privacy Policy carefully. If You do not meet the Eligibility requirements stated below, or You do not agree to the terms of the Use Policy and Privacy Policy, You are not permitted to use the Website.
3) The Use Policy and Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time by Saga Outfitters. The revised Use Policy and Privacy Policy will be posted by Saga Outfitters on the Website as they become available. Please review the Use Policy and Privacy Policy periodically as they are applicable to all users of the Website. You hereby agree to review at first opportunity any modification or revision to the Use Policy and Privacy Policy and You further agree to be bound by any modification or revision of the Use Policy and Privacy Policy made by Saga Outfitters.

In order to access some portions of the Website, you must first create an account. Saga Outfitters reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Website for violating the Use Policy or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Saga Outfitters may terminate the account of any Website user who violates the terms of this Use Policy, including but not limited to, the provisions of Section E above. Saga Outfitters reserves the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the user who is terminated or to the user whose access is blocked.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Saga Outfitters are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to You upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Title
Saga Outfitters does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. A refund or exchange may be issued without requiring a return, solely at our discretion. In this event, Saga Outfitters does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy, and Exchange Policy.
Product Descriptions
Saga Outfitters attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Saga Outfitters does not warrant that product descriptions or other content or Website material is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Saga Outfitters itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and our entire liability is to refund the price you paid for the returned item.
Pricing
Saga Outfitters cannot confirm the price of an item until You order. Despite our efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Saga Outfitters is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify You of such cancellation. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to You.
Limitation of Liability and Damages
Saga Outfitters cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a user from the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM THE USE OF A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM SAGA OUTFITTERS AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BY EITHER PARTY FOR INFRINGEMENT OF THE PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS (EXCLUDING FEES UNDER THE AGREEMENT). Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Saga Outfitters, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of the Use Policy; or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy license or right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the Use Policy and your use of the Website.
Assignment
The terms of this Use Policy, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Saga Outfitters without restriction.
Jurisdiction and Disputes
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating in any way to your use of the Website, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Saga Outfitters or through the Website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this Use Policy. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award, on an individual basis, the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must interpret and apply the terms of this Use Policy just as a court would. The arbitration will be conducted by and under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in Boca Raton, Florida, or at another mutually agreed location.
